Hi all you lovely lot!
I have a birthday dinner to attend tomorrow at chimichangas and have no idea about what would be the best calories wise. I've looked online and can't seem to find any calorie information. I don't like corriander so that's the rice meals out. Any suggestions as to where I could find this info or what to go for?

Just use your best judgement.
Deep-fried = calorie bomb.
Creamy sauces = calorie bomb.
Desserts = calorie bomb.
Lots of fresh veggies = good.
Non-breaded non-fried meats/fish = good.
Salsa = good.
Guacamole can be a bit heavy on calories but it's good for you!2 -
Don't know the place but it sounds Tex Mex? That's limiting when watching calories. I would say fajitas, ceviche, or a big salad (sans chips, cheese, sour cream) would be good bets.1

Fajitas are usually the best bet or a green salad if they have one. Or seafood- if not too buttery/saucy!0
