26 year old mommy and wife

Hello everyone I'm 26 and ready to be in the best shape of my life. I workout at UFC Gym and info 4 times a week. I recently incorporated a low carb diet. Three meals two snacks. I've lost 7lbs since I started about 3 weeks ago. I'm looking for advice on eating habits and how to help with weight loss

    Sea food and chicken and avocados...
