I'm a lifelong dieter, and as I age the weight is becoming more stubborn. I'm looking for some new friends to encourage and support.

I will be 46 this week, I'm getting better at doing regular workouts. I'm focusing on portion control.

I am a teacher, so exhaustion is a daily part of my life. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Although I'm older than you, and I agree...the older we get the harder it seems to be. Sending you a friend request :)

I completely understand, between work, family and an aging body, life gets in the way, it was much easier to lose weight about 20 years ago, now its a challenge to stick to a good program for longer than a few days without letting it slide because something else becomes a priority.

Life was much easier to diet and exercise when I was younger and more selfish..... :/

Sending you a friend request. :)
