Cutting carbs

Hi all. I've only been logging two days but I'm having one major problem. I eat so many carbs. I'm vegan so a lot of my diet is made up of this. Has anyone found anything that helps?

I'm currently vegan as well. Here's what I've found that tastes good and has some reasonable protein:
lentil soup
morningstar sausage, original
I don't cook much, so I haven't messed around with frying up tofu or seitan, etc.0 -
Unless you're eating enough carbs that you're going over your calorie goal or depriving yourself of other nutrients, you're fine0
