I had this app since 2/11 I used it once :sad: boy did I miss out. I've started using using it this week Tuesday inconjunction with exercise (walked for 20 mins. 3 times this week) I have lost 2.5lbs. :happy: Only if I had been serious about it in Februay I would probably be maintaing my goal weight now. I love myfitnesspal... I hope I can stick with it...

    I started it in Aug of 2010, but I did not take it seriously until October. I love it, too! If I had taken it seriously right away, I might be at my goal already!
