Need some support

It's been a tough year. I have been trying to stay on track, but by the end of the day, I'm exhausted and I give into the "screw it, I'm hungry." I'm trying to stay active every day. I play Roller Derby and workout at least 3 day a week doing that. But it's a struggle at home. I make a deal that if I want to eat more, I need to work out, I need to go skate, I need to do something. I track it and go with the estimated calories I burned.

I plan on buying a heart monitor for accurate calorie expenditure.

I just feel like I've hit an emotional wall and I'm having a hard time staying positive.
