Hi, Just lost 14 pounds on the JJ Virgin diet. Anyone else out there?

so far i've noticed NOT drinking my whey protein and skim milk every morning and instead consume pea-rice protein and almond milk has significantly reduced the bloating, gassiness and pain i normally have every day. never thought dairy would bother me! Although I should know better since some ancestors had issues with dairy and my daughter is lactose intolerant.0
