Hi everyone,
I'm 46 years old , married with 2 kids that are out of the house. In 2014 I was able to loose about 20 lbs. we do to some very stressful events and an running issue. I enjoyed running a lot. But am not able to run any more. After finding out that there is no more running for me. I gained my weight all back. I'm really want myself back and my body back. How can I do this. Running helped me loss weight.
What can I do.? If anyone can help.

I can't run anymore either (no cartilage left in my knees or ankles). If you belong to a gym, the rower and stationary bikes are good options. If you have an actual bicycle, use it in the real world. Swimming is another great option, though I can't fit it into my life right now.0
