I'm a new mom, had my little booger 4 months ago and I'm SO ready to lose this extra weight. I'm 5 foot 2, and currently 170lbs, and I'm only 20! I'm on a diet of about 1350 calories a day and I'm doing pretty good but I don't have much time to hit the gym I would love some advice on how to lose my tummy, at home workouts, maybe some good diets to try, any advice I would love! ❤

Congrats on your little one! I just had my baby 4 months ago as well and it's been all about her. I am just taking this time to enjoy her as much as possible before she doesn't want to have anything to do with me, then I plan on focusing on my fitness. Don't beat yourself up, just do what you can and don't worry about what you can't.1

AH this made me so excited. I'm a mom as well, my little guy is 2 1/2 and I am 5'2 as well. I weighted 172 last week. I started low carb (18 carbs max a day). I am down to 167.4 today! I just got a gym membership so I will have to let you know what I do there!1

As far as weight loss goes, just track calories. Watching the macros will help with body composition. The best workout I can suggest is Focus T25 by beachbody. 25 minutes. Easy to do that and shower while the little one naps. I am almost done with my second round. The first time I did T25 I logged all my calories and lost 15 lbs in about 15 weeks.
Congrats on the new baby as well. I have 3 and it is amazing how much they add to our lives.1 -
I used to have a membership but I can't justify paying for one if I can't even go every week, I'm thinking about getting some weights, but I LOVE running. I just never get the chance to1

I just had baby #3 11 weeks ago. I've also got a 4 and 6 year old. Relax. You'll find the time for fitness again. It takes a long while to lose the weight and the gut. After 3 C sections I kinda doubt my fat apron is ever going away. I've got 9 more lbs to hit my pre-baby weight, and I'm not even close to losing stomach fat. I'm also not breast feeding which makes it easier since I don't have to consume extra for my little man.
Just enjoy your baby and eat well. If you are breast feeding, please consider upping your calories a bit. 1350 is pretty low if you are supporting a baby...even if you are 5'2"0 -
You don't really need to hit the gym to lose weight.0
