Advice in restarting my weight loss.

Options
I've lost a large amount of weight. Been watching my carbs n walking for over a year now n all was proceeding well till recently. I changed my walking from level ground to incline. I've also added in pro form bike. I go 30 minutes on each 3 days a week, then just walk only 3 days a week n rest on Sundays. I'm still watching my carbs closely n I've increased my protein. BUT my weight loss has stopped completely. Nothing. My endurance has increased as has my muscle but I'd like to lose a bit more weight. Any assistance or ideas would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Are you tracking ALL your eaten calories accurately with a food scale?

Have you adjusted your calorie goals and TDEE to your new weight?

How long has it been since you hit your plateau?

Are you eating enough calories? What is your BMR and TDEE and what are you actually consuming?

I track everything very closely. My BMR is 1669 n my TDEE is 2262. I consume under 1670 calories daily. My carbs r under 100 daily n my sugars r under 10. I've been plateaued for almost a month. I've already lost 133 pounds but doctor wants me to drop another 50.

Have you been doing any sort of resistance training in order to retain muscle?

I would give it a few more weeks. Comparing weight loss from one menstrual cycle to the next (e.g., Day 1 vs Day 1) works well as a guideline for women as far as how long to wait before dropping calories further.

10% incline on the treadmill n crunches r firming things up. I'll try using my cycle to watch weight change. Thank you.
