Hello I used this type of Program in 2008

I had a MyFitness DVD to record my excersize and calories. I was diagnosed with a sick hip. The Doctor informed me that I needed a total Right Hip Replacement in April 2008. At 64 yrs old and 209 pounds female I was a bit of a mess. In the fall of 2008 I took Tai Chi to help me with my balance. I also began going to the YMCA for water excercises and started going to the Biggest Challenge through the Y. In a year and a half I lost thirty pound and then went into Fibromyalgia reaction and gained five pound back. The Tai Chi is not an option as the instructor 74 yrs old retired and I don't like the style of the Y's current Tai Chi trainer. Then in one of my online groups I was reaquainted with the MyFitness recording and here I am. Oh did I say that my Pre-Diabetes improved so much when I lost the thirty pounds that I was allowed by my doctor to stop taking Gluco Phague XR. I am proud of that! :blushing: Zylvia

I think it is wonderful that you are giving it another try. My mother-in-law is on here and she has trouble with fibromyalgia. It is so hard to find an exercise that she can do without a flare up. Good luck to you and remember to be patient.0

Yes, the Fibromyalgia can really do a number on me. I keep plugging away even when standing in one place. :laugh: Your mother and I can travel this together. Its more fun that way.
