Getting fit and fertile...

Hi, anyone else struggling with infertility? For me it is now Secondary infertility. I have gained a lot of weight since my first struggle with infertility so hoping that shedding some pounds will get me back in the game to grow my family.

    I'm on the backside of that battle! I had a successful IVF but gained 100 pounds in the process. All those hormone injections fattened me up! I've lost about 60 pounds of it and trying to get rid of the rest so I can try another cycle.

    I also struggling to get the infertility process started only to be told my weight and vitals must go down before they can start anything, also struggle with PCOS
