I have been using the fitness pal app for a while now and I have just mustered up the courage to try and find a buddy to motivate each other and share advice and results.     Hello Cryssie, welcome to MFP. Being 53 myself but remembering 27 with fondness maybe a little old. Keep focus and enjoy a full active life as it's truly gone in a heart beat. Good luck
