Yes you can, I've lost 105 lbs doing this

People say that it is impossible to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle. That it is impossible to resist "tempting" food, food labeled as bad for your health. It's mental, all mental. You can absolutely do anything you set your mind to. I know a guy who only eats one piece of cake on his birthday. All the rest of the days he is eating clean. It is possible, stop letting others convince you that it's not. I have lost over 100 lbs through eating clean and training mean. No surgeries, no pills, no excuses!! You absolutely CAN DO IT!!!!!

    The only way I get mentally prepared for the day has to start with time alone with God and Bible study.
