My profile will tell you my story, but I decided having some friends would be helpful! I've been a hermit just reading threads with an occasional post, but that's all. I just turned 25, I'm 5'2, and I started at 195lbs and am currently at 154, since March. I've worked REALLY hard for the weight loss, but have been slacking the last couple weeks, not logging, not working out much, etc. So, I'm getting back on track! I workout at the gym, mostly elliptical and weights, as I haven't got up the nerve yet to join a class, though I would love to try Zumba, and I just started the 30DS today! Ultimately I want to get around 120 and see how I feel there, tone up, and lose the belly flab from 3 c-sections (hopefully it goes away)! Anyone want to be my friend and motivate eachother, please add me!
