Craving fast food??!!

I'm new at the whole dieting thing and for the past few days I feel like I've been doing pretty well staying under my calorie limit, but the thing is that I'm a hardcore fast food addict and I really want some fries. I've been snacking on carrots for the last hour hoping that would get rid of my craving, but it hasn't. I ate a rice cake because I thought the salt would help and it did for a little bit, but then I just felt so hungry again. I don't know what to do and I don't want to fall off the wagon again after just 4 days. What do I do?? Can anyone give me some advice?

    Your diary says you have eaten 837 calories today! You can afford to have some fries.

    I feel you, fries are my weakness. Have you tried making some homemade? Rather than frying, bake them.

    We frequently eat oven fries. Not exactly the same but close enough.
