MFP advocates eating 1200 calories per day minimum and eating exercise calories.
I personally do not follow what MFP advocates, and think what you are doing is fine as long as you don't feel hungry (and yes, I have been losing).
I also think your diary looks good -- seems you are getting a good amount of fruits, veges, poultry, dairy, fiber etc throughout the week.

I actually feel like i have more energy also but everywhere i read it said anywhere under 1200 calories a day is starving my body which will make it harder to lose weight so i began to get worried0

Not Good!
If you take too few calories then your body enters starvation mode.
Sarvation mode is a state in which the body is responding to prolonged periods of low caloric intake levels. During short periods of caloric abstinence, the human body will burn primarily free fatty acids from body fat stores. After prolonged periods of starvation the body has depleted its body fat and begins to burn lean tissue and muscle as a fuel source.
So basically you will ultimately loose muscle and thus energy and your fat percentage will jump up.0 -
I couldn't imagine taking more than 1200 calories per day (even that seems quite low some days)
I've lost almost 20lbs by eating my 1200 cals AND my evercise calories. And I stopped smoking a few months ago as well...
I guess different things work for different people but I am never going to encourage someone to undereat :-(0 -

Same here, odd right? ^.^ I usually feel very tired, and sleep 12+ hours per day when I eat more than 1200 calories.
I have been losing quickly. I think it depends on the person, as Carnat22 said (ur kitty is sooo cute btw)!0 -
Go to 'General diet and weight loss help' in the message boards, then into 'Newbies please read me' posted by Banks1850. The first link (700-cals-a-day-and-not-losing) is brilliant to help understand why no one should eat too few calories especially if you want to drop a few lbs. Also, considering youre exercising so much, your body needs fuel to work efficiently and I would say that less than 1200 cals per day is too low. Like other posters, I eat my exercise cals because I cant function on only 1200 cals a day but everyone is different, its just working out whats best for you.
Hope this helps! xx0 -
I think maybe add high cal foods to your meals to increase your cal without eating for food as such eg .. Nuts , avacado , full cream milk , cheeses, fruit juices. Ect. I think your bodys not hungry cause your metabolism may b sluggish due to low cal , id try increase your cal for a couple of weeks and im sure you'll start to get a better appitite , wish you well xx0
