Hey just wondering when it comes to the scales how often do you weigh? Do you prefer to use stones pounds or kg? What time of day do you weigh?

I weigh myself weekly, Monday morning. I only use the scales to record my weight as a gauge I have no weight target per se. My scales also track body fat % hydration levels so I am more interested in these, lower my body fat and generally speaking the weight comes down too.
I weigh in lbs as 2lbs sounds a lot more than 1kg

But 67 kg sounds a whole lot better than 147 lbs. :)

Every morning. In pounds (are there scales that measure in stones? That would be kind of cool.)

Monday mornings. I find if I weigh myself more often, I become anxious.

This gives me a fixed point to strive towards, and keeps my weigh scale OCD tendencies in check.

Every 2-3 days first thing in the morning. I weigh in kgs (I'm Australian), but talk in lbs on the forums, as this is an American site. This means that I've stuffed up the exact conversion on more than one occasion when posting about my weight on here :open_mouth:

Every day in the morning nekid after the restroom... I use the app Libra that does a "weight trend". Takes the stress/confusion out of regular fluctuations and lets me know the "real" progress I'm making.

2-3 days per week, first thing in the morning with an empty gut and bowels.

I weigh myself most days, most often in the morning, sometimes also when I go to bed. I don't worry too much about it, but weigh often out of curiosity. Losing weight is part of my goal, but the most important is how I feel and how I look.
I only use kgs because I'm Norwegian.

Night when I wake up and morning before I sleep. I like to monitor fluctuations.

I measure in American's dumb measuring system. Thank you, "Imperial" units.

I weigh every morning for curiosity and record on Saturday mornings. (I am insatiably curious about weight fluctuation).

I weigh naked, after using the bathroom, before ingesting anything.

I weigh in kgs since I live in a sensible country that uses that system.
