Including calories in milk in porridge...

Ok so I'm not sure if I'm over thinking this, my sachet of porridge advised 146 calories and tells you on the box to add 180ml semi skimmed milk.
Is the calorie content including the milk or do I have to add that on separately? Its only a difference of 100 calories but I still want to be tracking as accurately as I can,
Thanks

It should be stated specifically on the label, like this: "** with 180ml of semi-skimmed milk" https://www.quaker.co.uk/oat-and-porridge-product-range/hot-cereals/oat-so-simple-sachets/oat-so-simple-sachets/original1

No, your porridge calories are ONLY for the packet itself, and you will need to add the milk calories :-(
180 mL of semi-skimmed milk (6 oz, 1.7% fat- let's call it 2% in the US) is about 91 calories... Your porridge with milk was about 237 cal.

If you use the nutritional information on the container where it says "as Prepared" they have included the milk calories.1

Nope the box doesn't say as prepared or with milk.
Thanks for the help, CTcutie!1
