Feel like I'm eating a ton... even though I'm not

Argh I feel like I'm eating LOADS, even though calorifically, I'm not (if you see my diary). I'm used to eating just one meal in the evening prior to MFP where I'd tend to eat lots of carbs and not really fruit and veg - as you can see this has changed a lot in the past few weeks. However, I feel like I'm eating a lot quantity wise... it's confusing.

Not really sure what my point is, but it's making me a bit uncomfortable I think - anyone else feel like this/felt like this at some phase in their journey?

H

I feel that way, and I am thinking that it might be the quality of the food? I used to eat a LOT, but it was all pretty crappy stuff that didn't keep me full for long. I also used to eat really fast and now I try to make an effort to slow my eating down a lot so I notice I am full faster. Still, though, even though my portion sizes are smaller I feel like I get tired of chewing just from the ridiculous amount of food I have.

Hey - I have felt a bit like this but I put it down to a number of reasons.

    1) You are now noting everything you eat so are more aware of everything, nothing is being eaten mindlessly!!
    2) You are eating more regularly - which is what is recommended to maintain good blood sugars and keep a good metabolism!!
    3) Because the food you are eating is healthy food with low calories it allows u to fit in more

I shouldn't worry it is a good sign i think - because instead of dieting you are obviously healthy eating, which is the first steps towards a lifestyle change.
