maintain a calorie deficit. If you drive everyone around you crazy than you are logging correctly.0

Hi. You've done the right thing, this is site is wonderful for just what you are wanting to do. Sit quietly and work your way through the app and then I would advise you to make/request friends on here who can help, support and guide you. Logging seems a bit laborious at first but you soon build up your favourites and it becomes much easier. Use Mapmyfitness to log your cardio exercise if you can as this is free and links directly to MFP. Make friends and use them is my best advice.0

Dude, it's a piece of cake ( not literally). I'm over 60 and have no issues. Didn't even tell a soul I was logging calories.
Just log what you eat, stay under your goal and watch a few lbs a week fall off. By summer you will have dropped the
20 lbs and feeling 200% better about yourself and THAT is the true win.0
