Hello, everyone. I am 35 and have been overweight since I was in college. With an ultimate goal of losing 100 pounds, I am overwhelmed. But I am setting smaller "mini goals" of 20 lbs each. So far, I've lost 8 in about 2 weeks. I just want to be able to play with my kids and for them to be proud of me when they introduce me to their friends...I'll keep you posted. Keep your fingers crossed!

go to your homepage and go to settings, then click on change forum signature, and it will tell you what to do from there. I hope this helps.0

welcome gina! I set 10 pound goals for myself because I cant even THINK about 50-60 pounds, or I would just quit!
I am almost to my 3rd goal!
It can be done. Slow and steady wins the race!
