    Total Weight lost: 85lbs
Time it took to lose: 9 months
    How long in maintenance: 2.5yrs
    Maintenance weight range: 165-170lbs (6' M)

    Week of...
    End January: 168.0lbs
    End February: 170.8lbs
    24th March: 171.6

Success/struggles of the week: Well stress, illness and injury over the last 2 months is showing on the scales.

I've actually dropped weight though the last week as I'm trying out 16:8 for the first time. Definitely helps hit calorie goals so figure I'll stick to it and see how I feel and what it does to my energy.

Still having very good run pace times though so a few lbs hasn't really slowed me down. But I want the 6 pack back for summer lol so need to focus and trim to at least 167.

    Total Weight lost: 40-45ish
Time it took to lose: 15 months
How long in maintenance: 16 months, but I had some regain about 6 months ago, and am just now getting back to where I was then. I'd like to lose another 5-10 pounds over the next year, to get my BMI out of the overweight range. So not 100% maintaining yet, but there's not a huge difference between maintaining and very slow loss.
    Maintenance weight range: 140-155
Average weight recorded from January: 155.9
Average weight recorded from February: 153.5

    Week of...
5th March: 150.8 by scale, 152.1 by trend
12th March: 151.2 by scale, 152.0 by trend
19th March: 151.8 by scale, 152.0 by trend
26th March: 150.4 by scale, 151.7 by trend

Success/struggles of the week: keeping on keeping on, back on track this week.

    Total weight lost: 30 pounds
Time it took to lose: 2 years (maintenance was hard for me)
How long in maintenance: 6 months
    Maintenance range: 140 - 145

Average weight recorded from January: 144.6
Average weight recorded from February: 142.4

    Week of...
    February 27: 141.6
    March 6: 143.0
    March 13: 144.0
    March 20: 144.4
    March 27: 147.4

Success/struggles of the week: Trying to figure out whether I can eat gluten free items or whether I need to avoid all grains. Had some gluten free buns and pretzels Saturday & Sunday, and the scale went +2 each day, so +4 over the weekend. So not cool. Worked hard this weekend installing a fence for my sister, so part could be water for muscle repair as I'm SORE! Going to avoid all grains this week and see where I am truly.

Total Weight lost: ~70 lbs (I dropped about 10 lbs below original goal)
Time it took to lose: 10 months (to original goal)
How long in maintenance: since July 2016
    Maintenance weight range: 126 - 130 lbs

Average weight recorded from January: 127.1
Average weight recorded from February: 126.5

    Week of...
    6th March: 126.2
    13th March: 126.0
    20th March: 125.4
    27th March: 124.6

Success/struggles of the week: I had a really good week. I had a personal best run time and got lots of yoga in. I feel like I have pretty good control of my eating. I did drop down a little and my trend dropped slightly below my maintenance range this morning. I am going to have to keep an eye on that. I guess my increased activity is bumping my TDEE up so I may need to add some more calories to my goal.

See you all in the April thread! Thanks @fidangul for setting it up!

Total Weight lost: 150 (at lowest wt so far)
Time it took to lose: 2 1/2 years
How long in maintenance: 9/20/16 first day of weight within maint range
    Maintenance weight range: 150-155

    Jan avg 154.3
    Feb avg 155.1

    3/7 155.0
    3/13 156.2
    3/19 153.8
    3/27 154.6

This is what fluctuation is! I added a few laps to my swim workout this week. It's still cold & rainy so I made a big pot of chili yesterday. In addition to the usual ingredients, I add zucchini for bulk & veggies, and quinoa to thicken and up the protein.

Is the scale your main reason for avoiding gluten and grains, or are you experiencing health issues like Celiac's?

    My March Report

    Name: SGT1372
Total Initial Weight lost: 36# (196 to 160#)
Time it took to lose: 6 months
How long in maintenance: 4 months
    March weight range (min/max): 155.7-160.2

    Average weight in January: 159.8
    Average weight in February: 158.7
Average weight (to date) in March: 158.5

Total weight loss to date: 37.5#

7 Day Average Weight for the Week of...
    6th March: 159.2
    13th March: 158.8
    20th March: 157.9
    27th March: 158.4

Success/struggles of the week: Did not record all of my food intake everyday. In other words, I cheated on a few days because I knew I was going over my limit and didn't want to record it, but it didn't seem to have any lasting effect on my weight.

Also still having difficulty staying motivated lift heavier weights. Have plateaued and don't want to risk injury. So went into "maintenance" mode lifting by lifting a known weight that I know that I can do w/o failure, which is challenging but not at increasingly heavy weight, which means that I am maintaining my strength but not increasing it, which is good enough for me.

I am nevertheless continuing to exercise daily doing each of the 4 basic compound lifts (SQT, DL, BP and OHP) 1x a week, 30 mins of Stairmaster at 60 spm 1x a week plus currently 50 pullups, 90 decline pushups and 65 dips 3x's a week. So, it's not like I'm "slacking," just not pushing to lift heavier weights at this time.

Due to have another hydrostatic test done in a couple of days which I hope will show a further reduction in BF below 12% measured in the last test. Will report on that in my "Ready to Recomp" thread.

    Total Weight lost: 97.6 lbs
Time it took to lose: 10 months
How long in maintenance: 1st full month
    Maintenance weight range: 170-175
Average weight recorded from February: 180

    Week of...
    6th March: 175
    17th March:173.2
    24th March:172.0
    27th March: 169.8

Success/struggles of the week: I am struggling with whether 170-175 should be my maintenance range. My BMI is 25.7, so I am still technically overweight. But I am getting the dreaded "are you sick" questions, and the"you have lost too much" comments. Also still obviously struggling with what my maintenance calories are as I am still losing weight. My successes of the week: enjoying some of the extra calories I am adding back- better moods and genuinely feel better. Also, had a guilt free glass of wine and dinner out without ordering the lowest calorie items on the menu.

See you in April's weekly check in!
