I have been eating this for breakfast all week and have felt really good (and full!) all morning. It tastes like a peanut butter bounty bar (I don't think they exist but I have realized I would eat them daily haha)

2 Tbsp PB2 (works with any nut butter but will change the macros)
1 Scoop Quattro Chocolate Love Protein Powder (140 cal, 30g protein, 1g fat, 0.5g sugar)
1 c Silk Unsweetened Almond Coconut Milk
1/2 c uncooked quick oats (can use less and reduce carbs)

Mix first 3 ingredients in a blender like you're making a shake. Mix with oats, cover and let it sit overnight.

The important stuff:
370 cals
35g carbs
8g fat
41g protein
2g sugar

I have eaten oats like this, not bad at all. More recently, I have switched the protein from chocolate to PB flavored and add sugar free maple syrup.

I use a pb powder too...but make sure you weigh your 'two tablespoons' - listed as only 12 grams
    Weigh your protein powder too!
    In fact weigh it all!
