I AM AWESOME……………………… I JUST FASTENED THE TOP BUTTON ON MY TROUSERS!!!

When I started losing weight in January, I said to my colleague. ‘I’d be happy enough if I could just fasten the three buttons on my black pin stripe trousers’ ‘cause I was only able to fasten one and at that I was in pain because they were so tight, heartburn, chest pain etc. I put the trousers on this morning and I’ve been fastening two buttons for a while so didn’t bother with the third until I was talking to her and she said, fasten it, and I DID!!!!! No muffin top, no chest pain, no heartburn.

DEADLY!!!

    Wow, great feeling isn't it, we tend to rely too much on scales and weight, but its the NSV's that really give you a buzz.

    It's a Non-Scale Victory. One that has nothing to do with the numbers of pounds you lose, but feels good all the same.

    Thats great. Well done you. Its great to get into something you love. I bought a dress a size to small and i can almost zip it up fully now.

    I had the same experience today! I am wearing blue jeans at work! I haven't worn jeans since wintertime -cuz they are all so tight that I was miserable all day long! Today its blazing hot outside - but I am sitting here at my desk, comfy in my blue jeans! hehe!
    I can't wait for these suckers to fall off!
