Just trying to lose about 40lbs. So far I've lost around 9, but lack of motivation is a killer. Any suggestions?

Do you find you need more variety in your workouts or accountability or both?1

Remember that it took a while to put the 40 pounds on , it'll take awhile to get the 40 pounds off... just keep moving forward1

Started off the same way ._. , one suggestion is to find out why you really want to lose weight once you do that push towards that reason and let it motivate you (:1

I'm trying the second phase of South Beach so the whole family can eat the same as me and the T25 as exercise but good luck
