Started this in March...lost 35 pounds, but now am stuck....I know I need to exercise more, but have limitations from doctor. Looking for ideas w/o starving myself.

I don't know what limitations the doctor has given you, but there are many ways to get exercise around restrictions. Walking, swimming, light weight lifting for the area not affected by your restrictions, biking, elliptical machines (very low impact for most of these).0

I watch extreme makeover weight loss edition and get ideas from them because those people have limitations in the beginning! One of the exercises they do is pushing a box across the room (probably weighted) and another one i saw was sitting and standing with weights! if its your knees then cardio in the pool is good0
