    I'm New Here and I'm now takin and making changes to a Nu & Healthy Me. Recently a 50 lbs weight lost winner, thought that was what I should do for my ex husband..( he said I was Fat) made the change for him..As I said ex,.. He left for a "skinnier me"..I guess.. So a year of devastated & lost....30 lbs gained... Now I'm Doin this for ME....so any support and friends is Great!.. Thanks for reading.. Have a Great Day
