hi i'm new & trying to figure out exactly how my fitness pal works while hoping that it's really gonna help me loose weight. i just really started keeping track of meals yesterday. i also added exercise to my routine, so i'm very excited & motivated at this point.

    Hi there. You are going to love MFP. It's so great to look back over the week if you haven't lost like you thought you should to see what you did wrong. The people are truly great. Don't give up - Keep on keeping on....
