I am Ryan, and I'm going through some struggles with life but I have decided to put all of my faith in God and strengthen my walk with Jesus. I'm 30yrs old and I am rededicating my life to Christ. I will get in better shape because my body is a temple , and I want to feel good about myself again.

    Glad to have a christain group for support and motivation in this jouney. God is Good!
    I'm sarting this month with the daniel fast, anyone else on it?

    I will surely lose some weight while on this 21 day fast but the main reason to to hear God, break strongholds, not just the one of overeating, but also getting more active. Gluttony and slothfuness are not terms I want to aplly to me, Jesus have delivered me from sin, I am acting on that fact. He wil give us the strength we need.Ask and it still be given!
