Need help plz gym and at home workouts

I'm tiny everywhere but my stubborn belly my goal is to firm my belly also bump up my butt it's flat. Anyone has any good plan?? What workout should I do at the gym and at home?

    The only way that "bellyfat" is going is by eating at a calorie deficit.

    The only way you're going to bump up your butt is by growing the underlying muscles through training them progressively. Whilst growth may occur within a calorie deficit under specific genetic and enviromental factors, this is much more likely whilst eating at maintainance or a surplus of calories.

    Pick a goal, focus on it.
