Burn body fat

Hi, everyone. I'm not sure how this app is working exactly. My goal is to lose my belly and pectorals fat. And after that i want to define my muscles. And mantain my weight to 75 kg from 81 which i have know. I dont know exactly what to eat and what kind of exercise do i need to do. Thanks

    What to eat = food. There are no magical foods you have to eat. Avoid things you don't like, things that have spoiled, and things you might be allergic to.

    Sounds like you want to begin so.e sort of strength training routine. Beginner routines:
    Stronglifts 5x5
    Ice Cream Fitness 5x5
    You are your own gym
    Starting Strength

    Bodybuilding.com also has a bunch of free programs to consider.

    To lose fat eat at a calorie deficit, eat adequate protein, strength train and don't aim to lose more than 1% bodyweight per week.

    lift heavy things and eat the calories MFP tells you to. It really doesn't need to be any more complex then that. I suggest going thru all the stickies. Check out the recomp sticky in the maintenance section. if your already at a weight you want. Good luck!
