Hey,
I'm 23 I have a twin sister that was allways slimmer then me I was the fat twin people used to say, so I just started not drinking alcohol and not eating junk food and started walking.
Picture when I was bigger I was 20.

This is now.
I never did before and after pics or really weighed my self untill now I see a drastic change when I look back at family photos.
Proves that changing little things in life can make a massive difference (new to this app) trying to lose 15lb .
