How are you guys balancing both family and weight loss? It seems a lot harder now to find the time and energy to work out

I always found something I could do at home during those naps.(I know you should nap when baby does but I couldn't nap) lots more walking so you can bring baby with you. momma and me yoga and fitness classes were always good. tine after dinner alone even if it's a 30 minute all by yourself walk or whatever you enjoy...does the mind good. it is a tricky balance that is for sure. long days but tje years fly by. best of luck to you....oh ya keep it simple that first couple years. if you can do at home you save the travel time of going and coming home for me that was huge like 25 minutes each way and enjoy your baby.. someone to come in and clean once a month is a huge help too if you can swing it.

I always found it hard to remember to eat and drink water because I was too busy worrying about baby than taking care of myself. Honestly now that spring is here I would be just out walking more and eating within your calories. You can add me if you want! I have a 4 year old and 10 month old!

My son is 17 months. His first year was really bad and I gained some weight in addition to what I gained during pregnancy. Around his first birthday I kicked it in gear and have now lost 25 pounds! It's easier when they get older because they sleep better and you can find more time to exercise.

Multitasking and plan ahead on things even cooking plan what you're going to make in advance, plan around appointments. Workout first thing. I start my day making sure my kids are changed and fed then they'll play for a bit, while they play I'll take the monitor to watch them and workout. I have no access to gyms at the moment so I have a small room with gym equipment I made it work!
