Planning on drinking 6 litres of water a day?

Thing is, I get pretty stressed out easily, and when that happens, I tend to want to feel full. So I turn to food... well I can't. I usually turn to bad food that causes zits easily and I am very acne prone - I gain acne easily. So ya. My plan to to everyday fill me up super full of water so that would early on say wow I am so full I don't even need to eat anything. Or us 6 litres too much?

It might be to much it depends on your sodium levels I believe. You can get water intoxication it rare. But best bet would be speak to a doctor about it first just to err on the side of caution. You could always drink a glass when you think your hungry and wait 10 mins to see if your still hungry as we sometimes mistake thirst for hunger x

Your stress is probably more likely to cause your acne than your food...

Start slowly, get your body used to drinking more water.

Although too much warter is bad for you, you're probably not getting anywhere near the hyponatremia levels. But, it sounds like a silly plan to me - sorry!

    why not just:
    • pre plan and pre log your food
    • stick to a moderate colorific deficit
    • drink water when you're thirsty
