I've tried Atkins in the past, it was really effective. However, I couldn't continue alone. Tomorrow, I will be starting this challenge again. Wanna be my partner on that ? add me: a7areth

    I just started back on this about two weeks ago. I've not been too active on the message boards in the past but I could use some extra motivation to keep me going! Down 10 pounds in 2 weeks so far! We can do it! :)
