Hello everyone

I just started using my fitness pal and tracking calories.
I want to take my before pics...for motivation.
Any tips how i can take weekly pics...which will clearly show difference.

    The program i have started suggests taking pics in the same position and location, front and profile, same clothes if possible. It also suggests to take the update pics 3-4 weeks apart since progress is difficult to see in shorter periods and may reduce motivation if you don't see drastic results.
