Where do you get your motivation from?

So I'm getting ready to head into this Beachbody $100K challenge (which probably means P90X), and I'm psyching myself up for it. I'm also getting ready to do my third Iron Girl triathlon at the end of August. But I'm not NEARLY where I want to be with my physique. I've been struggling this summer with finding motivation, mostly because I'm visiting friends like crazy and everybody is eating total crap.
So I started thinking about where do most people get their motivation from. My motivating factor is, I want to be a personal trainer, so I need to look like a personal trainer. What is YOUR motivation for getting fit?

 I usually drag my motivation up by the scruff of its neck - I usually find it walking a few feet behind me grumbling like a school kid about how it doesn't want to do anything would rather be laying on teh sofa than running and eating chocolate than lettuce leaves lol .... but I know how good it feels to feel thin and fit into that little dress and that's whta keeps me going ..oh and my wedding in 18 days !!! :-))0

I have a folder on my desktop of people I find inspirational to want to get fit, along with some motivational quotes. Whenever I feel dejected or want to throw in the towel, I peep those pictures and am reminded once more of why I'm on this journey. Not to emulate them, but to realize that I have the same inner strength and drive to be fit and healthy like them. I'm reminded that it's hard work but it's worth it.0

Mine comes from not wanting to be fat and out of shape ever again...I do it for my kids..my grandkids..and lastly for me..I love to push my self..0

My motivation comes from the fact that if i dont go to the gym, my gym buddy mate will be *****ing about me being lazy to one of the other girls........ !! That's enough to get my bum off the sofa!!0

Well of course I want to wear cute clothes, be confident, no longer be considered "morbidly obese," but mostly being infertile due to my weight motivates me.0

I'm getting married next year, and I don't want to be twice as wide as my fiance when she's standing next to me on the alter. That's probably the biggest thing.
Beyond that a lot of it for me at least is about routine. Once I get into a routine it's a lot easier to stay with it. For me that's the biggest thing I think.0
