I lost 95lbs, I couldn't quite get to 100. anyhow, i'm not sure what you mean by accountability, but i log my activity and I workout 7x a week, so I literally log every day if that helps you to see others that are active.
Feel free for any of you to add me or if you want to ask me any direction questions about what worked for me etc...I did lose 65lbs of it in 6 months, so it doesn't have to feel too daunting either as you can see changes fairly quickly.0 -

I was just sitting here wondering which thread to jump in and post on. I need motivation and accountability. I have lost weight easily in the past, relying on the "snowball effect" as my motivation. It always worked tremendously. I'm not seeing the snowball effect now and the weight is much harder to lose. I need to lose about 80 lbs.1
