Hello everyone!
What do you guys think about natural peanut butter while shredding? :)

I love it. I can only fit in small amounts, but it was a staple in my diet while I was losing weight.

It goes great on my zucchini protein pancake stack along with some raspberry jam. Whilst shredding. Or not. What does shredding have to do with my thoughts on Pb? You need fats regardless of your goals. Unless your goal is to have a disfunctioning body...

I love it! Protein, good fats, satiating, and a great energy boost. Plus there are so many different ways to eat it, and if you get bored of it (as if) you can try other nut/seed butters out! (PB is the cheapest though of course).

Just make sure you get one with no added sugar- just peanuts is what you should be looking for. Maybe with a little added salt but preferably just the nuts. And make sure you weigh it when tracking the calories!

I assume you are getting to sub 5-6% BF? If that is the case, I would try to avoid fats as much as I can.

Otherwise, I love the stuff. It is expensive, but give the P28 brand a try. The white chocolate and signature are great.

I'd rather have regular PB since I don't like natural PB. If it fits in your goals, go for it.

About to have some (regular, store brand) peanut butter on apple slices now. Yum!

Thanks! Wasn't sure whether I should have it or not.
