If I'm trying to keep my calories at 1200, what should my settings be for fat, protein and carbs (to equal 100)? I have my carbs set at 30 right now (not really sure I can handle 20)

What's your weight? Height? Gender? Weight goal?
Thanks!

I'm currently 185, 5'6, female and in a perfect world 140 would be awesome but for now I'll accept 1600

Macro balance is a personal choice. As long as you are getting enough fat and protein, the rest of the macro mix is really up to you. Weight loss requires that you consume fewer calories than your body uses, no matter the macros of those calories.
I've used the MFP default of 50% carbs / 20% protein / 30% fat throughout my weight loss. That balance works well with my way of eating and keeps me satiated. Another popular macro mix is the one used in the Zone diet which is 40% carbs / 30% protein / 30% fat.
As for 1200 calories, you might not be able to find any macro mix that would keep you satiated at that calorie level. I experimented and my magic number was 1350. Any lower than that and I just don't have enough calories in my food budget to stay compliant comfortably.1 -
With myself, usually "sedentary," I don't get very many calories. Even then, it is more than 1200 (I cycle between lose 0.5 lb/week and maintain). I've really found that having an activity tracker to earn more calories helps me better stick with my net calorie goal. I don't pay very much attention to macros but I know my carbs hover around 50%, which is within the recommendations in Nutrition textbooks. 30 or 20 may be too low to get necessary vitamins and minerals from plant sources.1

Ok. So, I'm thinking I should 'up' my calorie intake. 1200 is really hard and I keep going over. I'll adjust & 'up' the rest as well. Maybe I'll be more comfortable & less stressed. Thanks!!!!3

Definitely. I adjusted my loss down so I would have more calories and be less worried about going over/have more wiggle room. For me I feel full on a combo of fat/protein, for a friend of mine it's carbs (we went to a Brazilian steakhouse, and she did not fill up till she had potatoes_.1
