    I'm tempted to try this, but I might cut and cook it in two portions and make sure it's rolled out super thin, as it seems this would have the same amount of calories as normal pizza dough.

    If anyone has tried this please post if it was good or not, and what the flavor would mesh well with. For example, would a standard pizza topping taste good with this, or does it lend its self to more unconventional topping?
