I am REALLY not trying to be mean here at all, BUT, if people put as much energy into thinking about their nutrition, meal plans and/or (ESPECIALLY OR) workouts as they do ranting, they might actually enjoy it. Just a silly girls thought....

    thanks, I have just read so many responses to OTHER people's posts or blogs and they are SO negative. Then, I see the same people complaining about this or that. Welllll, why not turn that NEGATIVE energy into POSITIVE energy and use it in their favor instead?

    I think that so many people focus on going to the gym and don't realize that there's SO many other ways to exercise! I'm going roller blading tonight (SO excited) AND I take pole dancing classes. Both are killer workouts that I love! It's about challenging yourself, set goals, have fun, see results. Plain and simple.

    I try to keep the ranting to a minimum, but sometimes its hard when you DO plan out your nutrition and meals for the day and workouts and you don't lose any weight for WEEKS and try to drink more water and switch things up and nothing breaks it and then during the hottest day of the summer, you get clumsy and get a 3rd degree burn at work and are told you can't work, exercise, or go outside for 5 days. Just sayin' :)

    but yes, the people I see ranting daily and asking for help and are given advice, but they keep doing the same thing that wasn't working before expecting different results....yes that is just a waste of posts.

    I really meant the ones bashing others... it just gets to be too much at times. If you feel you need to put yourself out there, that is different, to me....

    very nice! I want to try the pole dancing! Do you enjoy it? It sounds realy fun!!

    I gotcha! On that account, I agree 100% we're all here with a common goal and that's to be healthy. Whether you need to gain weight, lose weight, maintain or if your goals are non weight related altogether. I see no reason for everyone to be sippin' on their haterade when that energy could be put towards something positive...like supporting a friend that is feeling a bit down or running a 5K or whatever!
