Since i got out of the service I've picked up smoking, drinking and eating horribly. My mother had to go to the hospital because she went down the same road i was starting on and i don't want to end up like her.

    Good on you for deciding to make a change! I've watched my parents suffer for their lifestyle choices and it's not fun. Even at 29 I can see what all of the above has done to me too.
