    Still kind of be holding steady around 147ish...due to measure this weekend...kind of tired of eating at a deficit and not losing any weight, but hoping the inches will be down since my clothes seem to be getting looser around the waist - not sure my booty is getting any smaller, it might be growing...

    Highest weight since starting to lose again was 369.6 current weight is 343.6 and my goal weight is 250. Started Keto Jan 20ish.

    Going from completely sedentary to lifting six times per week, and being more active outside of that than I have ever been, is definitely having a clear impact on weight fluctuation.     Seen all manner of weight fluctuation over this past week, from a high of 158.4 (yesterday), to a low of 152.9. It doesn't surprise me, given the change from doing nothing, to lifting (or some form of resistance training) every day for the last week and a half or so. Already starting to notice a lot of musculature being brought back to life, from it's previously unused state. Going to run for another couple of weeks before I bother photo updating my bulk thread though.

    Continuing with the pretty rapid fluctuations and swings, though I am seeing a defined upward trend. Going for a couple of more weeks before tinkering with anything. Lifts are up, measurements are acceptable, and calipers haven't changed much. I'll take it, for now.

    Pausing (not really stalling) after every 10% of total weigh drop can be normal and even help prevent 100%+ weight regains down the road.

    I'm easing back up to maintenance calories now. Attempting reverse dieting (keeping macro percents, not hard numbers, the same). I keep worrying that my maintenance is ridiculously low (esp compared to deficit calories) b/c it seems like I re-gain so easily. Hoping I can get that figured out. I just bumped them up to 1450/day and still plan to eat back about half my exercise calories.

    My new Fitbit Charge 2 came in the mail today! :) Hopefully that will help me get my CO figured out better.

    I so feel you. My beach vacation went well and I got tons of exercise. I made smart choices but I indulged in beers and some chips and salsa with friends on Tuesday and holy crap the scale showed it yesterday. 6lbs of water weight. :tired_face: It'll come back down but shoot. It's always a drag to see the scale do that no matter how much fun the sand, surf and corona's were.

    No loss no gain. Swapped from low calorie to keto (20g carbs).But losing inches, so I am fine with that.

    @fanncy0626 have you considered maintaining at this point for the sake of your longer term health?. As we all know losing weight is the easy part.

    Since beginning again after going off track and gaining, ahem, my SW is 280 and current weight is 276 but its been fluctuating all over the place so I'm not sure how much faith I have in a loss right now.

    3/8: 132.8
    3/22: 132.2
    3/29: 131.6 :)
    4/5: 130.6 (and before this I'd been weighing consistently at 131.0 since Friday)

    I'm still reverse dieting, just bumped calories up to 1550/day.
    I like my new Fitbit Charge 2 but it seems like the calorie adjustments it gives me are crazy high. It thinks I'm burning over 2000 calories/day (and I haven't worked out much the past week since I've been sick for 3 weeks)! Skeptical.
