hi! I recently had a baby and am trying to loose weight. I also have a 3 year old and need to loose weight from having her. Any advice on how to keep my energy up after no sleep and long days?

My son is 2 years old and I'm working on getting the weight off now!! I keep seeing all these great results with Jullian Michaels 30 day shred...its 20 minutes a day...and I'm having a hard time finding the time to exercise with work and taking care of him so I thought this might be a good idea. Even if I don't do it every single day, it's nice to know it's only a 20 minute work out I can go to!

We can do it!! Keep up your good work!

Hey there! I just started less tha two wees ago, so i'm still i the same place you are . . . hoping i have to do minimal work to make this diet pay off. lol :P jk!

I just always make sure that no matter what i eat it 's a proper portion size. My biggest piece of advie would be to buy a scale! Don't eyeball how may ounces something is! I will help you track everything MUCH better.

Motivation-wise. . .If you have a bad day. Don't let that be the end of your diet! that is just ONE DAY! you didn't gain all the weight in one day! Just wake up the next morning and keep going! You have nothing to lose but the wieight.

Also use MFP! LOL I lost 30lbs and gained 14 of them back before I fially found this place! Having a support network and recipies from people struggling with the same things you are, is REALLY important! :)

Good luck! and don't be scared to friend people! -- Lace
