Hey everyone. I've been using MFP's iPhone app to log since New Year's, so it's just beocme habit at this point.

Today was the first day I realized there's an online forum! Blew my mind. Just about 40 lbs down, getting stronger everyday, and learning how to love myself again. Experimenting with low carb and IF lifestyles, but not a big fan of denying myself. Learning to love running, and I'm always up for hiking, kayaking, and strength training.

Anyway, looking to find buddies and gain some motivation - happy to offer some in return. :)

    I just started exploring the forums today! And I've had this app for a while...feel free to add me. I'm trying to get in the habit of logging daily...I've got a big weight loss goal and trying to get as much motivation as I can :) 3lbs so far! Congrats on your 40!
