Use iPhone's "Health App" to count steps...?

Options
I've walked 16,881 steps so far today (I have an active job). I've linked up MFP with Apple's Health App and according to MFP 16,881 steps is only 151 calories burned. That can't possibly be correct? Am I missing something? I'm already decently lean but looking to get rid of the last bit of belly fat. I'm already tracking macros and calories.

I also use my iPhone for step tracking and calorie burn... something happened a few months ago and calorie burn credit seemed to be reduced. I don't know if that was due to iOS or MFP. Anyway, for what it's worth, at the moment I have 16,206 steps and a calorie credit of 191 from Apple Health. I don't know how accurate this is...

Doesn't it have to do with how you set your activity level on MFP?

I thought it was because I was a lightweight. For 23,192 steps I get 201 cals.
Glad I don't count my cals anymore, otherwise I'd weep.

    Cheers, h.
