New and looking for motivation!

Hello! I'm 5'2" 121 lbs and looking at losing 10lbs then staying fit from there. Although many would say I shouldn't or don't "need" to diet/lose weight, i'm doing it more for heath reasons as recently I've had high BP and always been hypoglycemic. I have three kids, so I have a lot of toning up to do as well. Just looking for a buddy or buddies, so we can motivate each other and get healthy!

I would recommend cardio and workouts for your BP, rather than eating at a deficit. It will do wonders for your health in the long run.1
