Hello, I've just built up the courage to sign for the gym but have no clue what I'm doing, can someone help please

    Depends on what your goals are, but some beginners strength routines:
    - Stronglifts 5x5
    - Strong Curves
    - New Rules of Lifting for Women
    - Starting Strength
    - Ice Cream Fitness 5x5

    Bodybuilding.com also has a bunch of free programs to consider

    Congrats on stepping out in joining the gym. Best thing to do is talk to one of the trainers. They'll be able to guide you through some basic exercises and workout routines. After that it's just a matter of educating yourself and finding out more about working out. There a lot of good resources on YouTube

    go. stay open. let people talk to you. and give it a while.

    idk, there are more concrete and practical things like finding a programme and deciding what you want to do, but when i look back at my own early months those are the things that stand out.

    First of all, congrats on making this decision. It's a pretty big deal and I remember starting out just as clueless when I did.
